Great quality for the price...and cruelty-free!
Over the last year Iโve switched all of my make up and beauty products to cruelty-free brands. ELF is an affordable line that doesnโt test their products on animals. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this liner for the price. It goes on smooth and lasts all day!

Works great and I love the colors but the caps do not fit the pencil. Caps keep coming off in my makeup bag. It's annoying but not enough for me to return it or seek out a new pencil.
